You don’t want any member of your family spending the days leading up to the wedding and the day of the ceremony itself spending all of their time in the kitchen preparing a buffet or, even worse, a sit-down meal. Work out in advance the type of menu that you want and talk to a few different companies to get quotes.
Cleaning
The dreaded aftermath of any party at home is the cleaning up, and this is why a domestic staff agency should be considered to deal with it for you. A domestic staff agency can provide you with people to help you to set up tables in advance, a waiting-on team to work during the event and others to help to clean up afterwards. Employees from a domestic staff agency are all fully trained and hard working and will help to ease any anxieties that you may have about the day running smoothly. Marquee and Seating
Even if you only invite 20 to 30 people back to your home for the reception, you will need to think about where they are going to sit. Most people will not have that number of chairs in their home so hiring them with the marquee makes sense. Some marquee companies will offer tables and chairs as part of the package, so plan your numbers in advance and speak to the company to see what they can provide. Other extras may include a small generator to power electric lights in the marquee, a hardwood dance floor and decorations. If they can take care of these things, then it is less for you to worry about.
